Accommodations for Alive!

If you need accommodations for ALIVE!, please make sure to indicate on the Alive! Registration form that you will need accommodations based on a disability or medical condition, you will then need to submit an application and documentation to the Access Center.

Procedures

1. Please submit an application via MyAccess. You will be prompted to upload documentation at the end of this application process as well as via email.
2.  After receiving your application and documentation, you will be contacted for a brief phone interview. If we don’t receive a response from you, we will follow up with a second email and a phone call to discuss your needs for Alive!
3. Once appropriate accommodations are determined, we will inform Alive! and other offices on campus what your particular needs are.
Note: if you are in need of accommodative housing, dietary considerations, or campus transportation, Alive! may directly assist you.
